Emma Langford to join 'Peco' in Galway
We're delighted to announce that 'Emma Langford' will be joining 'Peco' live in Monroes, Galway on Friday 5th August.
As Peco is gearing up to play a number of shows across Ireland this summer, we will slowly be introducing some of the acts gracing the stage with him and various venues throughout.
Emma Langford is a genre-bending singer-songwriter, and guitarist from Limerick city.
A powerful signature vocal and musical style blending elements of an Irish lilt with Latin beat, jazz and folk; sparse guitar work complementing a profound natural sense of melody; wry and insightful lyrics; and her uniquely cheerful demeanour combine to create Emma Langford's engaging and personable presence, both on-stage and off. Since entering the live music scene in 2013 she has been gigging extensively throughout the country, and has massively enjoyed sharing a stage with internationally recognised artists such as Ron Sexsmith, Hermitage Green, Ben Caplan and John Smith, to name but a few. Most recently she appeared on the Whelan's main stage, St James' Church in Dingle, and at the Doolin Folk Festival.
